1 TBS UDO’s Oil or Flax Oil
¼ cup Chopped Macadamia nuts or Brazil nuts.
1 handful of rinsed and chopped kelp noodles.
Salt Pepper and Cayenne to Taste

Alternatively, this can be popped in the dehydrator and warmed at 110 degrees for about 35 min. Enjoy.

An Oasis Of Healing strives to provide the ultimate care for a person visiting us at our healing center, however, what we think is just as important and what we teach you when you are here, is that a person leaves here knowing exactly what to do at home. It is imperitive that people embrace what they were taught here and take that home with them and continue on with it.
Going back to the same habits that lead you to our center is not a recipe for long term health. If you have any questions, please reach out to us, we are here to help!
