Raw Food Myth N°2 –
It is boring and I am always eating the same things.
Eating a raw diet does not have to be boring, at all. Many people think that all you eat is salad and nuts, maybe some juices, which becomes very boring after a while. That is not true. To prove it, we will highlight various ideas for breakfast, lunch/ dinner, and snacks and desserts, sharing the links for some of these recipes on our blog.
Breakfast ideas
- Chia pudding
- Nut Milk with Nutnola
- Cut up celery and apple with almond butter
- Berry Smoothie
- Bagels with nut butter or “nut cream cheese”
Lunch/ Dinner ideas
- Raw Vegan Mac & Cheese

Snacks
- Nuts and seeds, can season with sea salt and pepper, or tamari
- Avocado with hemp seeds

- Cut-up veggies with vegetable hummus or guacamole
- Dark chocolate (zero sugar), or cacao beans
Desserts
