Financial Resources

Each Monday you will be provided with a packet of information regarding your billing for the previous week. Our Billing Counselor will go over your account and invoices with you to answer any questions you may have. Payments are made on a weekly basis after the initial deposit. 

Payment can be made by cash, check, money orders, American Express, MasterCard, Visa, and Discover.

Although we are non-participating providers, your insurance may cover certain services. Most insurance companies will cover the cost of your blood tests and imaging or services ordered by our physicians that are done by outside facilities that participate with your insurance carrier unless you have an HMO.

Generally, most integrative services are not covered by insurance providers. However, there may be exceptions and it will depend on your policy’s coverage. One exception we have found is for those who have a Health Share program. Typically our services are covered and reimbursements tend to be processed more quickly by these types of programs.

Our fees will not be covered by your insurance company at the time our services are provided, as we do not contract with any insurance carriers. However, we do provide invoices that can be submitted for reimbursement after the services have been provided. Whether your insurance will reimburse you or not for services rendered will depend on your plan and its benefits.

We can give you the name and phone number of independent billing agent(s)who specialize in helping patients secure insurance reimbursements for treatments received from non-participating medical providers. They can file your medical expenses with your insurance carrier and maybe recoup some of the cost of your care.

All third-party billing agents contract directly with patients. All claims are submitted on behalf of the patient for reimbursement and payments are mailed directly to the patient/member.

Our facility does not participate in any Medicare, Medicaid, or HMO programs. Our physicians have opted out of Medicare, so no claims for reimbursement are allowed to be filed with Medicare. In order to be reimbursed, secondary insurance companies require Medicare to deny the claim first. However, the cost of some of your bloodwork, imaging, or services provided by outside facilities that participate with Medicare may be covered.

For those without insurance who are paying cash for all services, our vendors offer us very discounted rates for blood tests, imaging, and other outside services.
